Company Policies

JP Linguistics is a limited liability company and is intended to provide the service of foreign language learning and consultation for its clientele. This includes Private Online Lessons, Corporate Classes, Cultural Programs & our additional services such as Translation, & Test Preparation + the sale of course material.

JP Linguistics prides itself on offering professional foreign language education and great customer service. The following pertains to all service transactions:

Payments -

All classes and services must be paid in full prior to the first session. We are happy to accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. You can now pay online using our online payment system!

Scheduling Private Lessons
Private lessons are scheduled directly with your instructor, allowing for maximum flexibility. Lessons may be booked or rescheduled at any time, subject to your instructor's availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

To ensure your request is properly documented, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted by email. For your peace of mind, you may copy info@jplinguistics.com on your message, as the email timestamp will serve as the official record. Requests made through any other method cannot be accepted.

Package Policy
All lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Package Expiration
Lesson packages must be used within their designated validity period. The expiration date depends on the package purchased and ranges from 1 month to 18 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to the specific package you are wish to purchase: Lesson packages

Please note that any unused lessons remaining after the package expiration date will be forfeited.
Confidentiality -

Representatives of JP Linguistics take confidentiality very seriously. We understand the importance of privacy for our clients. Your name, contact, financial and other personal information will remain private within JP Linguistics and will not be shared publicly.
